This is supposed to be a senior living facility. I have said for many years that there should be security, but there isn't. People are always just opening the doors to anyone that come to be let in, especially at night. People smoke right in front of the door. They're not supposed to but no one enforces the rule. It smells like a nursing home because there are elderly people there that are handicapped but can't care for themselves. I worked here through Rochester general bed bugs were everywhere biting residents. Someone broke our window late night on overnight would never recommend to anyone
