I am a regular patient. I called to make an appointment, I was told one caller was ahead of me. I was on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up and called back. Then the answering service stated they already transferred there lines to the answering service and was out to lunch. Very disappointed. Guess they left me on hold and left. Guess its time to switch doctors. I am out. Sad thing, he is a good doctor. Staff sucks big time.
He was my Mother's doctor. He was fantastic with her and the rest of our family. She could walk in and he would notice that something was off with her. He is kind my Mom and family. He's a good listener with my Mom and myself.

I've been seeing Dr. John for 5 years, twice/yr. He has always been efficient, kind, and one with who it is very easy to converse. I have been especially impressed with his office staff having found them to be quite professional, efficient and prepared to assist me with appointments and paperwork.
The doctor is excellent, his reception staff is horrible. Trying to call in is a nightmare, getting out on hold for five to ten minutes the.n having them drop the call is ridiculous. Call back and they hang up on you.
My Mother was his patient. With her he was a very kind, caring doctor that listened to the patient and family. I will go to him once this virus situation is better.
I made an appointment for my husband who was in excrutiating pain last Friday, June 19th, but they claimed that 2:30pm was too late for him to be seen on a Friday, so I rescheduled for the following Friday at 2:15. My husband showed up for his appointment and was turned away, told that there was NO record of his name or scheduled visit whatsoever in their system. Excellent
Dr John is the most caring and considerate doctor I've ever had. He will listen to you and hear what you say. He actually listens to every word you say and remembers everything about you from visit to visit. He has treated several people in my family and we all love him dearly.
