Dr. Jaguan was very dismissive. His diagnosis was to ignore the humming in my ears because I was old (71) and go do some exercises to address my being off balance. I was diagnosed with virtigo at his office several years ago and now he says I was misdiagnosed…really doc???
Dr. Jaguan is an outstanding ENT. He is incredibly thorough, takes the time to explain everything in detail, and even shows you on a screen exactly what is happening inside your ear or the affected area, making it easy to understand your diagnosis and treatment options. He also performed my husband's ear surgery to restore his hearing and reconstruct the damaged cartilage.
