Everyone was on time. No waiting. Dr Fries was very informative & answered all of our questions. Dr Jacob gave us info on the surgery & what we could expect going forward. We had confidence in our surgeon & had no reservations about .getting the cochlear implant.
He is vet friendly and gives understandable answers and explanations clear and precise
