I think Dr Green is a good doctor but he is usually very unfriendly and acts put off by questions. Not a comfortable experience with him.
Dr. Green told me to find another doctor for my child because I refused to vaccinate while on antibiotics. After insulting me and calling me negligent I agreed to go ahead with his decision (although he said there were still traces of my son's infection present) and asked him to administer one vaccine instead of two per his suggestion. He said no, it's his decision and I said I can not agree and so I left. It's be a constant battle with this doctor. He is heartless, cold, and personally I feel he is prejudice to anyone that ... read more
ok doctor he will sometimes be nice and sometimes in bad mood
Horrible experience. I left in tears on my first visit with Dr Green. My 15 month old was there for a sick visit and Dr Green told me I was harming my baby by not allowing a vaccine to be administered at that time. It was a sick visit! Aren't kids supposed to be healthy when they get a shot? Dr Green said no, they give shots even when children are sick & if I didn't comply I would be asked to leave the practice. He would not engage in a dialogue about it at all, even though my older 2 kids have received all vaccines & I trie... read more
Doctor Green and Doctor Schlusselberg saved my life when I was a teenager. I came into them with a set of vague symptoms that other doctors dismissed but they took me seriously and its a good thing because I ended up having a life threatening condition. Because of their keen diagnostic skills I am doing well and now have a daughter of my own. I am happy to bring my daughter to them and know she will get the best care.
I had the worse experience with Dr Green and Dr Schlusselberg. I was a new mom and was consistently made to feel inadequate with my questions. Dr Green is extremely condescending and rude. He may know alot about medicine but actually makes it uncomfortable with every visit. He was not nice to my children and would unnecessarily be cold and uncaring when he dealt with them. I have heard so many people complain about him and I only wish that I had left the practice sooner. Dr Schlusselberg has a lovely personality but is overs... read more
Drs. Green and Schlusselberg are absolutely wonderful. They do not hesitate to refer the child (patient) to an specilaist. Their individual time and attention is incomparable. Both Drs have followed up with home telephone calls. Dr. Green is amazing in how quickly and accurately he gets to the problem. Both Drs. are excellent diagnosticians. Also both have been named aamong the best doctors in New York by New York Magazine, What else is there to say?
