Hiring this agency was supposed to take pressure off our family, but instead it added a whole new level of stress we didn’t sign up for. I cannot recommend this agency based on my experience. They sent caregivers who didn’t speak the same language as the client, making communication about care nearly impossible. On top of that, some caregivers seemed more focused on their phones than on providing proper care. When serious concerns were raised, the agency promised to fix things but never followed through.
