We had my daughters first appointment the clinical staff and doctor was excellent I could not have had a better experience. Then I go to the front desk. The receptionist named Tina was AWEFUL!!! She belittled me/ was nothing but rude. She told me she is aloud to talk to me however she pleases because this is not a (f word) grocery store then walked away. I have been taking my kids to see Dr. Gill for about 6 years now and I can't even begin to explain how wonderful he and the staff are. We only visit every 6 months but they truly make you feel like a friend they just saw days ago. My kids have no fear of the dentist whatsoever because of the wonderful staff. I wish this could be my dentist!!
Dr Abraham has done orthodontics on 5 of my children and me. After seeing the wonderful work he did on my 4 older kids, he convinced me to get them with my youngest daughter. I'm 43 years old and going to orthodontic appts with my 12 year old. Six people in the family and so happy with the results. Excellent work! I wish I would have gotten them a lot sooner. We take care of our kids, take care of yourself too!
The staff there is excellent. They are so personable and attentive! I am very very pleased with my results with my teeth/braces coming along. I highly recommend them!!
I scheduled an appt several wks ago for my son to have several baby teeth removed. I call the office this morning to ask a question & I'm told by the receptionist she doesn't have my son on the schedule!! I explain to her how he's been very nervous about this and was prepared to come in to get it over with. Also that I took the day off of work to bring him. I was told sorry there's nothing we can do. My kids love it here. The staff is great and Dr. Abraham is wonderful!
Great experience! Welcoming and personable staff. Highly recommend this group of professionals for pediatric dental. My two and six year old look forward to going and having their teeth cleaned. Making an appointment was easy and there was not an office wait upon arrival.
