I'd give them zero stars if possible. I waited four weeks for glasses only to have them show up with the wrong frames and incorrect curvature. This came after I specifically asked the the optometrist and the ophthalmologist to make sure the curvature was correct as I've had issues with this in the past. They reordered the glasses. Three weeks later, I called to check and they said they were closed permanently and bought out by another company. The new place said they'd look into my glasses order and get back to me. Ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. Heard nothing, so I stopped by today -- only to find a note on the door from the county Sherrif that they've been shut down.
Went there for 10 years but now it's impossible to get an appointment. They don't follow up on online requests for appointments, no one picks up their phone, and they don't return messages. Incredibly disappointed in their customer service and loyalty.
Dr. Abraham and his staff are diligent and professional and provide excellent, patient-focused care. They have a great selection of glasses, too!
The people at the desk were cold and impersonal. Also they charge for a picture of the eye. I did not want to pay an extra $60. But they did not refract my eyes. Will not return
