Dr. Butler was extremely helpful and the staff was very helpful also. The front desk check in was smooth and easy and helpful. The med tech took me back to the exam room did the TPR and such immediately. She then went and got Dr. Butler and did lab work when the exam was finished. Dr. Butler did his exam and we discussed my problem. He asked questions and then prescribed meds and had bloodwork done.
Dr Butler is very patient focused . He spent a lot of time getting to know me medically and personally . I was very happy to switch my primary care to him .
I had a great experience at this facility! The staff was nice and friendly and the office is clean!
PBX operator and staff was rude. Treated unfairly I was not taken seriously. Stated I am employee and can’t be helped. I am not an employee nor have I ever been. I got hired and missed orientation. That was 9 years ago. I spoke w operator in the lobby. Now why now it’s a problem talking to anyone? She came up with another part of the ridiculous narrative. She stated a glass needed to be broken to access account. I have never had an n employment casual conversation w operator. To where it affected my care. Highly dissatisfied
