I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with Abraham Air Conditioning & Heating that I think other homeowners should be aware of. Initially, the quote I received was extremely generic, no model numbers, no real technical specs, just marketing language and a total price (~$12K). I had to explicitly ask for basic details that should have been included from the start (model numbers, efficiency ratings, system type, etc.). What a fabulous company. It started with a very knowledgeable salesmen, Andrew ,that was also courteous, professional and honest. The job was scheduled very quickly and they took care of everything, including permits from the city. When the techs Dimitrios , Sam and Erik showed up on time as promised I was very impressed. The artificial intelligence answering service is horrible. I had a staff member go to my home and sit there four hours last Thursday and no one showed up. I didn’t ask for a manager to call me and tell me how we’re gonna make up this problem and only thing they did was to escalated, and no one and five days has still called me about my concerns about the artificial intelligence and the also apologize and for me having to schedule another appointment and have another assistant sit there for four hours that I have to pay for. ... read more
