I had the greatest experience designing my wedding band at Abra! Everyone on the staff was so kind and amazing (shout out to Grey specifically for being so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful!!) and they made the experience effortless and perfect. They were specifically helpful with figuring out sizing, lettering, and material. I couldn't be more pleased with how the final product turned out: it will be a heirloom piece that I can pass on to my family!

I *loved* my experience with Abra!! I designed 2 pieces with Andie using heirloom stones. Not huge projects, but she and the whole staff took them on with enthusiasm. Everyone is so kind and talented. They worked with me to balance design dreams with my budget — finding just the right materials, problem solving when we encountered unexpected challenges, and communicating throughout. I wear my necklace & earrings constantly. Can’t wait to have another excuse to work with them again!!

Wouldn't recommend for repairs. They use a third party to do repairs, charge a healthy margin and the repair still isn't right after bringing it back and waiting an additional 5 weeks. I'm regretting spending the thousand + dollars I spent, and all the time calling to see where my watch was. Borderline theft. I'd be embarrassed if this was a business I was associated with.
