Very poor communication. He skips so many weeks without cutting the grass, just no call no show and expect you to still pay. My grass has had the most weeds since I signed up with him for last season. I never had any weeds before. He said he applied weed and feed when he didn’t. I have every footage of him from my front and back yard cameras cutting the grass and not even one time did it show anything being applied.
