My D.I.L called to schedule my grandsons 6 month wellness check for vaccines and the receptionist Christina told them the office wasn't making appointments at this time because they were closing the bloomfield ave location and moving. What kind of pediatric facility doesn't accommodate their established patients. And moving they just opened this location not too long ago, this is ridiculous and unprofessional. Servicio pésimo, las que responden el teléfono abusivas y no siquiera para una cita de emergencia que hay que esperar meses para hacer una cita dejen de aceptar tantos para que no tengan uno que esperar hasta 3 meses para una cita

This place is by far the worst place to bring your children. Since they became Abra Health not only are they neglectful to the children at the site they also do not answering the phones, you leave messages and no one calls you back and you have to continuously keep calling. But when you finally do get an appointment for your children and the parents are taking off of work you are in the waiting room for hours or they try to cancel the appointment for them being short staffed, not having vaccines ect. This pediatrician’s office is absolutely unbelievable in the worst way. You can never get an appointment because they’re always fully booked. And when you finally do, be prepared to sit in the waiting room for two hours or more. A while back My son was severely sick — high fever, bad cough — and when I called, they told me they couldn’t see him because they “didn’t have space.” Are you serious? This place is absolutely unorganized, been coming here for 23 years and I have never had to wait 1 hr after my appointment time .. my appointment was for 11 and it is now 12 and I am still waiting..who ever took over this place is doing a horrible job.. please do better..
