Had a horrible experience at this place. Monique and the other girl are not helpful at all. My bridesmaids dresses came in a different color and when I told the girl all she said was that I had 48 hours to go and return them..which that information was never given to me verbally nor in writing...poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.
I had great service and found a gorgeous dress the day of my dance!
We rented vests, shirts and ties here for our wedding for the groom and groomsmen. They were perfect and they made it easy on the guys to get sized. All the sizes were correct for the wedding and we got the call to pick up the Thursday before the wedding. Thank you Abra! We used to travel all the way from Cortez, CO to get all our homecoming and prom dresses here, and although I got my wedding dress somewhere else, we enjoyed your addition to our wedding!
I took my daughter into Abra yesterday to find a formal for prom an VERY short notice. (The gown we originally ordered through another vendor got lost in shipping) Short version of this story... my daughter left with a beautiful gown and a happy smile! Both of the ladies that assisted her were kind, understanding and very helpful in helping her find the perfect dress. We will definitely be back as well as recommend this store to our friends!
Abra is amazing I had been wedding dress shopping the entire day. I walked in with no apt and she had a ap5 scheduled in 30 min. She helped me looked visited with me about the dresses I saw one I love after 20-25 min she helped me try it on and I feel in love!!! Even though we were short on time she did not push me at all l. I will be going back for flower and brides maid dresses!!!
