Caliber Collison went above and beyond my expectations. Top notch service from the manager to the front desk. They regularly kept me informed as to the progress of the repairs. Stellar job! I was unable to pick up car as it was ready on the same day that I had a surgery. They delivered car to me! In this day and age where many of the people in our work force don't work at all, or don't do tbe job they were hired to do, Caliber Collison is a shining example of how work should be done. Thank you! I am a customer for life!
My entire experience with Caliber was excellent. They coordinated rental car, communicated well with me over the week, all while repairing my car back to what it looked like prior to accident. Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. I would use them again!
Everything was decent on the repair and the front desk girl was a sweetheart. Now that I’ve paid and called five times because I was owed two grand for my large tires and alignment in my truck I can’t get a call back at all. Also I noticed that there was 970 milesmiles put on my truck from the day I dropped it off for a minor bumper repair and supposed to have had tires and alignment but they told me I had to take it to a different shop but still charged me my deductible and when I called Progresive they told me that was bet... read more
I'm back! My poor car has had a few minor mishaps the past several months, and there is never a question about who I will call for repairs! The team at this Caliber Collision locattion provide probably the BEST customer service I have ever had for anything - not just car repairs! If I could give them a 15-20 rating instead of just 10, that is exactly what I would do!
Really fantastic service and repair actions. Team keeps you up to date with whats going on via text messages and are available for chat communication if needed. I did not need to chat due to how well I was kept up to date but the option is there. On pick up I was able to leave the rental and that was extremely convenient. I even left an item and the held it for me until I was able to retrieve it. Just a great overall experience.
