Just had a side window replaced on my Ram 5500.... Customer service was excellent. Had a little issue getting the right glass (circumstances beyond their control) but I had a phone call every step of the way letting me know the progress and what they were doing to move forward. The price was far below what I was expecting and they just made it simple for me. These guys really are good people in my book.

On Monday, I opened the door on my Trailblazer and the wind caught it causing it to fly open causing the door to become hard to open. I took it over to Abra Auto Body Repair. They looked at it for about 15 minutes and fixed it, no charge! Kudos to the Technicians at Abra!!!!
Awesome Service.. I went in told them the problem they knew exactly what I was talking about and took my truck in right away and within 15 minutes I was out the door!
Absolutely the best customer service I could ask for. They were out of courtesy vehicles, so they pulled one off the lot at Chrysler center so I would have something to drive. When I needed to leave town they swapped me out for a different courtesy vehicle as soon as they had one available. The whole process was incredibly painless.
They fixed some dents and detailed my pickup and it looks brand new again. The staff is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them for your auto needs.
A big thanks to the staff that helped us with a tporary fix of our side window so we could continue our journey home to Canada! So appreciated the help.
