They didn't repair what was discussed, I was threatened when questioning, and my vehicle was not reassembled correctly forcing me to return immediately after leaving. I paid cash, but management continuously had to be corrected that this was not an insurance claim when discussing the failures on their end.
Good service and my car looks as good as new!
Nate was tremendous! I was very emotional about totaling my car and he was great through the whole process. Kept me informed, whatever he knew, he relayed that info to me in a very timely manner. Then when I went to pick up the plate, he let me see her one last time. I have dealt with many shops, in my line of work, but this one is outstanding...even being a customer this time.
