Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! We took our 2019 Ford Fusion in. Ben the manager constantly lies to your face and when called out gets upset. The car went in for deer damage. When we got it back a week ago, they already had it 3 weeks, we noticed the windshield was broken while in their care. They did a great job on m \y Chevy Tracker replaced the bumper. Plus cleaned the Tracker. They are very helpful and friendly. Would recommend them to everybody
Huge shout out to Butch and the guys at ABRA. After calling about every place in Rapids and getting quoted over $100 to get my headlight fixed with appointment times no sooner than two weeks from now, I took my car to ABRA and they not only changed my headlight but they did it for free! (In order to change my headlight the bumper has to be removed.) I was almost in tears as I walked out. Thank you so much for your generosity!
