The staff was excellent to work with! Once I knew the insurance of the other person in the accident was taking care of the invoice, Abra got right on my repair! Kept me informed on the status of my repair and had an excellent loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. They assured me if I’m unhappy with anything - they would get the vehicle back in and fixed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
this place is a joke. the worst paint job I've ever seen and Don was the most disrepectful excuse for a manager I've ever dealt with.

Great work and fast. 5/5 didn’t expect them to clean the inside of my vehicle because I only needed work on the outside very good job and unexpected surprise. If needed I will go here again!

Replaced a window about a month ago. Somehow today, it blew out without being driven or sitting in the sun. Don at abra was very rude and extremely arrogant when I called and asked about this. After contacting another local auto glass installer it has been determined that it was due to a flaw in the glass or improper installation yet Abra will do nothing about it
