Horrible experience with customer service and the work they did or should I say didn’t do had to have another body shop redo what they did and finish what they didn’t do. They had my truck for 31 days for a job that should of only took 1 week and still didn’t complete the work. I would never recommend anyone ever having to deal with the rudeness and incompetent work that we experienced.
I dropped my vehicle off for repairs on Monday. I was originally told it would a week and a half to two weeks for the repairs. I was sent a text message every day letting me know the status of everything. I was able to pick up my vehicle today after only 4 days! I would highly recommend Abra! Holly was great with communication!
This was a horrible and nightmare experience that a month later is still not over. I was told 2.5 weeks get the car back a month later. Poor communication... I was told car would be done in the afternoon then received no call. I called asked if it would still be done as I was told and he said No. He couldn't bother to call me back and tell me. After having my brand new car hit...I was not happy to say the least. These people were so good with getting everything taken care of from dealing with insurance company to making sure my car rental was on the way. They really made me forget how mad I was! Awesome Job on my car and loved that they went above fixing the car and detailed it too when I came to pick it up.
These people are awesome. They have excellent customer service and do superior work too! I had three cars damag d by hail that they made look like new again!
