RecommendedThis is my new car that I've had for about 3 weeks and for 2 and 1/2 of those weeks it has been at Abra Sandy getting repaired. I had only had this car for a week before someone hit me. Abra fixed it up good as new, I really appreciate the work that they did and that they took really good care of me and my car.
All the haters need to quit their whining. Abra did one hell of a job on my back bumper. I was amazed. They kept me up to date with everything as well. A+ for sure. Thanks again! I’ll be bringing my vehicle back for a few other paint touch-ups soon. �
Horrible, horrible, horrible! The lady Claudia at the front desk continuously interrupt you when you call in, nobody knows what’s going on, nobody is on the same page. Even the general manager got on the phone and told me to take my car somewhere else because he felt like I couldn’t have a conversation with him because I was upset that my car is been over there for seven days and hasn’t even been looked at. Take your car elsewhere. I promise it’s not worth the headache.

Awful customer service. Abra magically raised the quote amount by $1,000 when they discovered I was paying with insurance. Same material cost, but for some reason they decided it would take an additional 20 hours of labor when I returned to have the work done. I should have guessed something was fishy when the customer service manager demanded I tell her exactly what the insurance company was willing to pay. Always kept me informed on progress. Completed when promised. Took no shortcuts to complete repairs.
They returned the car with a bumper in horrible alignment and marker written all over it. We went back a 2nd time and they kinda fixed it, a week later it's popped back out and no where near 'OEM' standards. Everyone please go to a shop where they know what they are doing and will actually return the car 100% fixed.
I was totally impressed with everything Abra did for my car! Even with it being being a holiday weekend they got it in and out. Thank you so much Abra!
