If I could rate no stars, I would!! We had the WORST experience at the Sandy location with the manager Mark and his technicians. My insurance company referred us to Calliber to fix my passenger side fender after an auto accident. We dropped it off on Aug 20th. On Aug 28th, they called saying it was ready for pickup. We refused the car because the fender did not fit properly and it was butted up to the other panel with no gap. The top of fender was bulging out at least a 1/4” and your fingers could fit behind it. They have amazing customer service and do excellent work. I would highly recommend them!
I went in for a small repair and I was very impressed with how fast their services are. Kota was very helpful and I was informed through text messages about everything they were doing.
This place is amazing. The communication of the staff was great, my car was in and out fast and looked better then ever.
