I went through my insurance. They did a pristine job with my car. Mostly was the fender part. It looks like brand new. They kept me on the loop all the time. The delivery wasn’t on the estimated time but it was close enough (two days after). Very friendly customer service. Everything went smoothly. Totally recommended.

Rory Marchand at Caliber Collision did an excellent job of texting me twice a week about the progress of the repairs on my car, the car was beautifully repaired, and I got it back over a week earlier than projected. All around excellent job!
I’ve interacted with this business twice recently. One where I planned to pay out of pocket and I received an honest response (vs a money grab) on best route to take. The second was when I was rear-ended and dealing with insurance. The communication, speed, and quality of work far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
