Update: If I could give this place six stars I would. Seriously, don't go anywhere else for repairs if you are in the area. Also just want to shout out Roman one more time for taking care of some things that I left there at the shop from a previous repair. They gave me their time and space for free, not something you get anywhere else nowadays. Previous: This is my new repair shop! I'm not going anywhere else, especially for a BMW. Well my car went in for a repair, but based on the repair cost, onsurance preferred to total the car...it was a sad day but Jennifer was sick a sweetheart. She went above and behind for sometime who want even a clergy probably just a prospective client, I can't believe we have people who go out of their way to help total strangers. I don't know their quality of service and hopefully never get to experience it... But based on my extensive interaction, I believe they do put in their heart and soul. Awesome experience. Caliber Collision took my car in on a short notice. They were very thorough and transparent through the process. My car was done much faster than I expected, and the quality was top notch.
