Didn’t tighten the lug nuts and one fell off the tires. Had to retighten and get a new lug nut. They did well with paint match. But then didn’t bother tightening the bolt for the door lock. Don’t make me work on the vehicle to fix the safety of it after lazily putting it back together. Cheap and lazy labor. But premium price. They also wanted an extra 200 to fix the break caliber hose that needed to be taken off for the wheel bearing, the caliber was put on twisted all they had to do was just put the caliber on correctly aft... read more
I’ve been to this location twice and loved the experience here. The communication and treatment was top tier. The timeframe was reasonable. Multiple staff went above and beyond for us and with the rental company. So when we got hit we worked with the other person’s insurance to get our work done here. Other businesses need to take note of what Caliber Collision is doing!
