They were very professional. The car was returned to me before the return date. There was a headlight that was not working. I took it back and was fixed right away.
When I read the reviews of Caliber Collision Milford, I thought that they were too good to be true, but after having my car repaired there, I discovered for myself that they were accurate. My thanks to the collision-repair technicians who made my 10-year-old Honda look like new, to Brittany, the service advisor who kept me informed and went out of her way to accommodate my needs, and to Shawna for her warm welcome and efficiency in handling nuts-and-bolts issues (like arranging for a loaner car). Highly recommended!
