We had to get 2 doors replaced from an accident. We’ve had to go back twice, and now a third time, because they cannot get the sensors right. They initially had the car for about a month. I’ve missed work and our special needs son has missed therapy trying to coordinate the multiple trips back to try and fix the sensor issue. We hope tomorrow will be the last trip back.
We’ve had three repair jobs at Caliber Collision in Milford, OH, and they have all been excellent experiences. Two major repairs on a GV60, and one minor mirror replacement with door damage on a Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. Brittany and the crew there are very pleasant and know their craft. I brought my truck in on December 2nd for three tiny dents and a broken taillight—just those simple things! When I arrived, I made it crystal clear that those were the only issues needing repair.
