Julie and the team at Caliber met my concerns and kept me up to date on the repairs on vehicle. They said a minimum of two weeks for my repairs but were able to complete the repairs before those two weeks.

I brought my truck in on December 2nd for three tiny dents and a broken taillight—just those simple things! When I arrived, I made it crystal clear that those were the only issues needing repair. Yet, from that moment on, everything went completely off the rails. They flat-out lied about the original deadline, telling me it would be done by December 26th. I had a windshield replaced in my hood buffed. I hit a Turkey and shattered my windshield. I forgot a pair of sunglasses in and eye glasses in my car. Somebody from there took the eyeglasses and the sunglasses out of my car. on top of they did a bad job, cleaning up all of the glass off the dashboard. I still have glass all over my car. I would never go back to them again. I'm making sure I reported this to my insurance company.
