I would absolutely not recommend this body shop. I brought my car here after an accident that caused damage to the passenger side, and they had my vehicle for THREE MONTHS. During that entire time, they called me once. Any time I tried to get an update myself, I was either met with an attitude or sent straight to voicemail. This experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. In March, I brought my car to Caliber after it was hit by an uninsured, unlicensed driver. Since this Caliber location was one of my insurance company's preferred repair shops, I trusted that the repairs would be done correctly. Extremely disappointed with the communication and customer service at Caliber Collision. After not receiving a status update, I sent two texts and emails trying to get information. When I finally called to ask for an update, I was met with, “Like I said, we sent a text this morning.” If I had received the text, I obviously wouldn’t have been wasting my time calling to ask for the same information.
