Abra seems like a very professional body shop...from the outside. Unfortunately, they have forced me to write a negative review about them – specifically the Motor City location and Jim and Mike. My 1996 Honda was in an accident and was hit right in front of my front driver's side tire. After Abra had the car for a week, I went to pick it up and was unhappy about the paint. In January of 2014, my husband wrecked our car by sliding off the icy road and hitting a tree. We went to Black & White Auto to get the car repaired. Valerie and her crew took very good care of us, keeping us informed at every stage of the repairs. They got the car looking like new again, and they worked with our insurance company, so we had no problems getting the repairs covered. I would recommend Black & White auto without reservation.
