My experience with Abra was wonderful. Not only does my car look better than it did before the damage, the customer service is phenomenal. Steve and all the other employees are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, which made me confident in knowing that my car was in good hands. Nothing short of greatness from their end. My car was in for some repairs during the Corona Virus. They were very clear about how they would be closed for a bit, but would get me in ASAP. Once it was in they kept me in the loop with timely updates. They couldn't have been friendlier. My insurance company had no problem with them doing the work so I had no surprises to pay for. Will recommend Abra to others.

Obviously when you go into a place like this it's due to an accident and that is always unfortunate. However the one shining part of the whole accident process was Abra. Did a great job communicating with me, setting up my rental, etc. When timing of when my vehicle was going to be worked on changed they took care of talking with insurance as well as rental company and didn't force me to be the middle man.
