Really like how they text to let you know the status of your vehicle.
Horrible. They have had my car for 5 weeks with terrible communication. They have gone back and forth on what they have and have been waiting to do to my car. Said it was being prepped for paint one week. Next week was in paint. Week after it was being prepped again. Wrong part was ordered and sat there for 5 weeks before they realized it was the wrong part. Didn’t order a bracket for the bumper. Wrong tail light. I scheduled a PDR appointment but PDR guy never showed up. It was not his fault but receptionist since she failed to inform PDR guy that I was meeting him at Collision Center. Photos of dents were taken by another employee but I never received my estimate. Horrible communication.
Stay far away from this place if you want quality work .. go to AA Auto Body instead right around the corner . Thank me later.
