If I had to give this a zero I would. I usually don’t make bad reviews but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any collision place or car maintenance place. For one it took almost 2 months to finish the repair when it was only a bumper and grill that needed to be replaced. I asked for updates and I would have to call in because I never got updates on the repair. I brought my vehicle to Chariot Auto for collision repairs, and I am extremely disappointed with the substandard work done. The transmission mount was not even noticed during the repair process, despite being damaged in the accident. This was a critical issue that was completely overlooked, leaving my vehicle in a compromised state. Additionally, the right front door had multiple trim clips either missing or installed improperly, and one of the door hinge nuts was completely loose. So nice and cannot believe that they cleaned out my husbands trash car, I really wish he would have cleaned it before so these nice people didn’t have to deal with it. They really went above and beyond, also so sorry!
The office folks were very professional. The repair crew did a fabulous job, paint, reassembly was spot on. Someone even took it upon themselves to tighten up my emergency brake line. It wasn't even part of the repair order. I hope I don't have to have my vehicle repaired again, but if I do Charoit is where I'm going. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend.
Awesome customer service!!! Kayla in customer service was awesome to deal with. Paint work by Collin was outstanding!! I can’t recommend Chariot and Button motors enough.
