Arlanda was awesome! Very professional staff
I really tried to give this shop a chance but after almost 1& 1/2 months my repairs are still incomplete despite repeated promises to make it right. Parts are flying off my 2022 Honda. Scary.
Would give it a negative score if possible. Horrible experience. They had the car for 4 weeks and almost messed up a road trip that had been planned for over a year and which I told them about when I dropped off the car. Communication was very poor. Had no confidence that I would get the car back in time for the road trip so felt compelled go to shop and sit in lobby for over 5 hours. Finally got the car at 5:30. Due to delay and night vision issues, had to stop and spend $100 for hotel and then get up at 5:30 am to make mee... read more
