These clowns got one star because the system wouldn't allow for zero. They've had my car for 10 weeks for a relatively minor repair. I suppose Allstate was footing the bill so these guys couldn't care less. They horribly mismanaged my expectations at every turn. I heard "next Friday" or "this Friday" no less than six times. Then a hurricane kept my car from being repaired... in Georgia. Once I pressured them to finish, and only then, did they actually start scheduling the dealer to program it. So another week.
