They have an amazing service, throughly professional and efficient.
There was a time that I wondered how the car repairs were going on because in the 2 weeks it was at the shop I didn't receive any communication about the car. I guess if I really wanted to know I could have called them directly but it would have been easier for them to update me as they had my car and could estimate the time of things. I didn't actually get an estimate of how long the car would take to be repaired when I was dropping it off either and I felt like asking how long the repairs would take would be a hit or miss ... read more
I was greeted by Jeff and his associates with professional experience and a outstanding attitude of my concern to fix my vehicle, all of concerns were taken care without hesitation, they even went the extra mile and had a window of opportunity to schedule my vehicle in earlier, the job was done ahead of time and my vehicle looks fantastic, highly recommend caliber collision for your body and paint work, whether it is personal or insurance, they do fantastic work, thank you so much.
The workmanship and customer service are always excellent. My vehicle looks like it was never damaged. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for work to be done on their vehicle.
