Had my vehicle towed there. Then went in to do the walk around and they explained all that they were going to work on. While doing this the man was using my remote for my vehicle to unlock/lock my door. Fast forward to picking up my vehicle now there's no remote and only my key. All they kept saying was there was no remote and telling me there's nothing they can do cause they never had it. A big thank you to your 2 employees Jeff and the receptionist.They were very professional and attentive to my car body work. Jeff was very sensitive to my needs and even drove me bach home and picked me up when my car was completed. Thank you and a job well done.
Absolutely AWESOME My car was brought in after hitting a bird with the windshield and then scraping the wheels from the incident. We got our car back a timely matter and was kept in the loop on everything! Hell the car came back cleaner than what I left it!!!
