Sneaky business practices. BEWARE! – I was rear-ended and my bumper needed to be replaced. The guy who hit me was uninsured, so we talked and he agreed to pay for the repair outright. We got a quote from Kadel's and decided to go with them. The $860 repair bill was PAID FOR UP-FRONT, IN FULL, before any work was done on my car.
