NOT recommended – I am not a happy customer, and I would not recommend this shop! We had high hopes because I'd read a good review on one website and the literature in the office says how your satisfaction is important to them and how happy they want their customers to be. Sneaky business practices. BEWARE! – I was rear-ended and my bumper needed to be replaced. The guy who hit me was uninsured, so we talked and he agreed to pay for the repair outright. We got a quote from Kadel's and decided to go with them. The $860 repair bill was PAID FOR UP-FRONT, IN FULL, before any work was done on my car.
