Had to have my driver's side rear door repaired from some vandalism. The shop had excellent communication throughout the repair. When they completed the repair 3-4 days earlier than estimated, they allowed me to keep it stored there for a few extra days since I was out of town for work, and it was free of charge. Very kind and understanding staff, given my situation.
We had a pretty bad accident that required a few trips to shop but they were always responsive and kept working ensure things were resolved to our Satisfaction.
