Took my Jeep there for rear bumper damage from an accident. After repairs were done I noticed the exhaust pipe was so close to the bumper it was melting it. Took it back. Was shown a photo of my car before it was fixed. Told me my car had damage on the other side of the bumper opposite the exhaust and that I need a New exhaust! By pointing out where the damage took place I felt like they were trying to insinuate I was trying to scam them or something. Quick, cheap and amazingly friendly service. Safelite quoted me $100 more than Abra, so I chose Abra and happy I did. Someone smashed my rear window yesterday and they were out today already fixing it. Told me between 8-4 and was here at 9. He was very friendly and did a great job. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone.
Horrible!!! I have been a very good customer. They messed up work and put in a cracked headlight, their workers left used vaporizer cartridges in my car last time I was there too!! LIFETIME WARRANTY RIGHT?? Nope. Stacy, the manager who obviously doesn't know a single thing about vehicles, wouldn't let me get a word in, called me a liar. And of course won't honor their warranty. Stacy is really mentally screwed up and I hope she is dealt with accordingly. She should never be allowed to interact with the public. What a sad hum... read more
I had my car fixed with abra after an accident everything looked good with the paint job. then a month later i noticed 16 small bubbles in my paint near the rear wheel well. I took it to abra and the woman I talked to insisted it was rust starting. she said there is nothing we can do because it hapened after the repair. she said they put bondo on the area that was fixed and just sprayed the area with paint not the whole panel.
