Came in on a hot day with a broken window motor and broken air conditioner and no appointment, they were so accommodating and fast. Best customer service I’ve ever had. Had me back in the road better than ever. I can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Caliber Collision, which was unfortunately recommended by our insurance company. I trusted that I’d be taken care of — instead, I left with a car that was unsafe, poorly repaired, and illegally on the road. To begin with, communication was terrible.
