They did good work and were freindly the first time I used them. But today I came in for an estimate, and they said they couldn't do an estimate until my insurance company did one, even though I had just spoke with my agent and was told to get an estimate. I went down the road and got an estimate at another shop. They lost a customer today.
I hit a deer a couple months ago and I brought my van into abra for a estimate. They called and told me the estimate and told me when my van would be brought into the shop. Everyday I drove by and my van was sitting in the parking lot not moved. On the last day that they told me it should brought in I stop about 4 pm to see the status and I think it was the office manager told me that they had a line of cars ahead of mine and it would be at least another week before it wou… See more
