So I banged up a door on my vehicle and ABRA has done some work for us in the past so I get an estimate. It's a lot higher than I thought it would be. I thought because it's a bigger company it's going to be more expensive. I decided to check another shop in town and they were $400. more than ABRA. I'm not looking anymore, ABRA's got my business from now on.
The guys at ABRA are first rate and professional! It was my first time there, the staff walked me through everything I needed to do before my appointment and on the day of the appointment everything was hassle free. Thank you for taking such great care of my Juke and me too!
This was my first time there. Not only did they do an outstanding job on my Suburban repair, they cleaned it inside and out, so well, it is amazing. The customer service and upbeat attitude of the employees was far better than any dealership or repair shop I've visited. Thank you!
Great customer service! Matt and Jeremy do a great job!
There are still kind people in this world! Thanks Bob Brandon and Jacob!
So impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of Travis! Kept me updated thru such a crazy process and my vehicle is ready early! Abra is best!
