I had a wonderful experience. Beth did an outstanding job explaining the process. She was through, informative and my visit was pleasurable.
Had my windshield replaced due to a crack. When they say they don't file insurance claims, they actually mean they refuse to call, email, interact, speak to any insurance for any reason whatsoever. I was trying to get them to send in information justifying why the glass needed to be OEM. They basically take the full cost of the replacement up front and then say good luck to you getting your money back from insurance. There was also black colored debris scattered all over my dashboard that wasn't cleaned off.
The work done looks great. I need to start documenting the mileage on my car when I drop it off though.
I had a pretty seamless experience. I brought my car in, was given a quote for parts and labor, placed the order for the parts, was then scheduled for service once they arrived, got my car in and out in the promised timeframe, which in my case only needed a day and was back on the road. Everyone was very helpful and I’m very satisfied with their work. If I ever have any other bodywork issues (and I hope I don’t), I’d certainly choose them.
