Sonya Hall – Extremely long turnaround time and poor communication It took five weeks to fix a dent on the rear panel and reattach the bumper. Because my insurance only covered three weeks of a rental, I had to pay an additional $400 out of pocket. Throughout the process, I had to call multiple times a day just to get updates, because my voicemail messages were never returned.
