RecommendedI stopped by the Eden Prairie Abra auto body shop today because I had some damage to my front fender and my door would rub when opened. Bruce was absolutely amazing! He was super friendly and almost glad to see me! I made it clear that I did not want to spend a lot of money on a repair because of the age of my car. Called to see how much a couple doors would cost and what they would charge to paint them. First person said they can't give estimates over the phone. I asked how it was so difficult to give me an estimate on two new doors and I'll give you the paint code, she responded would you like to talk to my general manager. So i did. He tells me $300-600 per panel to paint followed by i wouldn't be able to tell you how much the doors are I'd have to look it up on three computer. Really what do you think your guys job is? Good Service – I got my windshield replaced by Abra this summer and I was very pleased with the whole process. The man who initially took my call was very nice and answered all of my questions. The insurance process was really fast and simple and everything was handled over the phone within 20 minutes or so. The service tech who fixed my windshield actually came to my work and replacedit right in the parking lot. The whole process was really fast and simple.
