If you are making an insurance claim, don't use this company. They don't know what they are doing. Today (12/18/2019) I received, via a threatening certified letter, the first bill from Caliber Collision for work done five months ago (7/19/2019). The letter claims that the insurance company didn't pay full amount due. Okay fine, that may or may not be true. Justin and Jason were very helpful and made my repair and being without my personal car seamless. Car accidents are always stressful and so much unnecessary inconveniences but my car was repaired correctly and before the estimated due date!

If zero starts was an option, that is what I would select. Abra had my car for weeks! Would say it was fixed, we would review and the “work” they did was awful. After finally just taking the car back because they are not capable of doing a good job, I still wasn’t satisfied. In this whole ordeal, they gave us a rental car from their store with Enterprise. Very professional and prompt service. My car was delivered a few days early! Thanks a lot to Andre. They even buffed my headlights free of charge which was particularly nice of them. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone else needing body repairs.

I had an appointment at 9 I try to call because I was gonna be late (too much traffic) they never answer and I got there at 9:25. I walk in and they said they couldn’t help me out because I didn’t let them know and I had to reschedule.... I’m sorry but I drive 40 min to get there and they couldn’t help never in life hear that they always help you no matter where if you are late !!!!

At the top of this check in sheet it says, "Abra wants your experience to be exceptional!" Handwritten on my folder it says, "#1 Goal = Excellent Customer Service". The manager of the Buckhead location needs a refresher on this. His only response to a direct question is that he apologized for anything that was or was not said. My experience was overall excellent My car looks brand new again..Amanda did and excellent job communicating with me! I would recommend this place to everyone!
