I am seriously so impressed with Caliber Collision. Not only did they do really high-quality work on my car, but they got it done a full week earlier than they originally told me, which I definitely wasn't expecting. Stacy was on point in providing info and communication with my insurance and rental company (Thank you Stacy!) Then I picked it up and realized they had detailed the entire thing—inside AND outside. Did a great job in general with customer service and paint matching was fantastic wouldn't know anything even happened. They were even earlier to completion then when quoted. Very professional and personable.
I had a wonderful experience with Anika Hasegawa and her team in Tacoma, including Alex and Stacy. I’d had repairs to my truck conducted on the East Coast and encountered a problem while driving cross-country. Even though they had not performed the original work Anika‘s team was extremely responsive, ordered the parts necessary and took care of the problem as soon as parts arrived in Tacoma.
