Totally ruined our car. I actually don’t believe in leaving bad reviews without giving the business the opportunity to fix. For a year and a half we’ve had to take our car back for repairs after an accident. The last time I knew something was wrong it was getting worse every time we got it back. Come to find out they called our dealership to ask about how to fix something. They were told they needed special tools and replied that they didn’t have any of those tools. Exceptionally poor quality repairs. I've been notified my vehicle was ready for pickup three times, and each time I've found a panel not aligned correctly, or a repair that compromised the contour lines in my vehicle. My car racks were removed and reattached inches from where they should have been, and I wasn't notified that they had been moved. Take your vehicle elsewhere for body work if you can.

Top notch customer service. I got an estimate from my insurance and half way thru the repair the insurance company canceled the claim. Abra was very cool with me while I settled my disagreement with the insurance company. Lisa and Julietta were both superstars in this crazy ordeal that I was going thru. I highly recommend them without a shadow of a doubt!

I have nothing but great things to say about Abra Auto Body Madison West! I have a daughter in college down in Madison and she was involved in a accident in the school parking lot. I live in Green Bay so it was difficult for me to deal with the situation being 160 miles away. I Contacted Julietta at Abra and explained the situation to her. We got the car to Abra and Julietta and the staff at Abra handled the whole process with absolute professionalism!
