Good outfit. Did what they promised without problems
I brought my vehicle in for hail damaging. Picked this location due to the fact that the person that I spoke on the phone was very helpful compared to the other Caliber Collison in Madison. After dropping it off is where is all went down hill. Where do I begin...the customer service was poor. They were very rude about signing papers (at drop off and pick-up).
