I talked to one of your sales associates yesterday at 9:40am and asked to have my windshield replaced. They said sure and the tech would give me a call shortly to set up a time to come to my home and replace it. Well....after I sat home all day, ON MY ONLY DAY OFF, they finally called my wife at 3:10 and didn't even try to contact me! They informed her that the dealer didn't receive the 1:00 glass order and they wouldn't be able to replace my windshield.
