My insurance has me take my car here for a windshield replacement after a small crack. They called me saying they couldn't replace my windshield because I had an engine code, asked me to take the vehicle back. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed the windshield was now cracked in 6 different places and was no longer safe to drive. I pulled the dashcam footage to see the repair tech caused the damage. They gave a quote beforehand, made my appointment right then and they kept me very well informed on what was going on It was ready a little early and they WASHED MY CAR. Which was a very nice surprise
