My boyfriend and I are co-signed on a silver 2016 Chevy Malibu. We are in Chicago Illinois. He had Got into a car accident with a guy who has Progressive, it was the other guy's fault. We contacted progressive about filing a claim, and we filed a claim at our own insurance. Progressive representative told us that they can evaluate the car and get it fix without us paying the $500 deductible. So Progressive towed the car here and they took our car COMPLETELY APART, .
