The location in Naperville has the rudest service tech I have ever encountered. They did not get all the dents out the first time so I had to make a 2 ND trip back to drop it off and another trip back to get it. This took up an extra 4 hours of my time over 2 days. Most of the employees were nice but this one jerk ruined it. There were metallic specks in the newly repaired area that shouldn't have been. This jerk blamed me. My car was there for repair. I forgot to take my bag out from trunk as i got into accident and i was in panic situation. But when i got my car back, that bag was missing. Looked like someone went through my bag and threw stuff in my trunk and took the bag and some other important devices and documents. Plus they also took all quarters from car. Very disapointed with ABRA. OTHER AUTO BODY SHOPS SAY THEY DID UNEMPLOPER JOB SEE REVIEWS ON WEB PAGE.
Didnt fix my car completely. My passenger door wont open. Also made arrangments to get my car with receptionist and no one was there drove 3 hours to get an email they were now available had to drive back. No offer to reimburse my wasted gas or tome since their receptionist didnt relay the message
