These rental people are awful. I was driving over an hour to see an apartment, and the entire time the rental agent, Eileen, confirmed my appointment, and kept in touch with me the entire time I was on my way. I got to the front, where we were meant to meet, and texted a few times then called because there was no response. She said "I'm sorry, the apartment has just been rented out".
