I been trying to get a return phone call from the Square Building in Downey and its been impossible
I’ve been living here for a while, and the parking gate issue has been going on for months. The management admitted there are two gates, but they only keep one open at night and that one constantly breaks down. I work very late at night, and many times I can’t get in after work. I’ve had to drive around looking for street parking in the middle of the night, which is extremely difficult and unsafe.
