Their service is bad
I'm not sure how some people are put to manage a building or property. I was at 4901 Beverly Blvd for a short time, but in MY HONEST OPINION, during that time I was able to experience how unprofessional and apathetic the manager was towards ME. She had no consideration for MY time and just seemed uninterested in MY needs as a tenant. Please do your research, for your own good. I would rank my experience 0 stars if the option was available.

I was interested in a 1 bedroom at 1130 Marine, the El Dorado apartments. I called to schedule a tour but I noticed I would have to pay water, trash and sewer which i was trying to get out of . So I was automatically uninterested. Martha called me back and asked if I was still interested i told her no because I noticed that it says tenants pay water trash and sewer.
