I was interested in a 1 bedroom at 1130 Marine, the El Dorado apartments. I called to schedule a tour but I noticed I would have to pay water, trash and sewer which i was trying to get out of . HORRIFIC experience — deeply disappointed in Eileen R. These rental people are awful. I was driving over an hour to see an apartment, and the entire time the rental agent, Eileen, confirmed my appointment, and kept in touch with me the entire time I was on my way. I got to the front, where we were meant to meet, and texted a few times then called because there was no response. She said "I'm sorry, the apartment has just been rented out".
