I will break this review down into the components I experienced: Situation: Outdoor unit had a failed high side compressor (TRANE had units with 2 compressors) that needed replacement of the compressor or entire unit. My initial call was taken by Katie who answered while out running an errand for work. Told me she would call me within 10 mins and she did.
