I toured Uptown ABQ after being curious about it for years. I believe the GM is who gave me my tour. She was very kind and helpful throughout the whole visit, showing me all the common areas and answering all of my questions. The property seemed to be well taken care of and clean. The cost of rent is very hit or miss as it depends on the market at that time, which is my only gripe. Other than that, the location and property seem great and I’m looking forward to joining the community.
I live at ABQ Uptown Apartments and have dealt with repeated issues since move-in. The most concerning: I reported an active water leak that was spraying onto my floor and bed and occurring near a fan/electrical fixture. Management told me it was “not an emergency.” I’m genuinely confused how a large, active water leak—especially near electricity—would not be treated as urgent. Resident here for 2 years. Great staff, quick maintenance, and fun community events!
Warning: Poor security. My apartment was broken into here and maintenance took over 7 months after the incident to fix the gates that let them in. I was a resident here for a bit under three years. In that time I had numerous issues, including my apartment being broken into, broken gates, pest infestations, broken A/C, pipes bursting causing parking lot closures, and more.
