I wanted to reach out and give some feedback. I was at your mall yesterday and it felt VERY unsafe. A lot (maybe 25%) had thier masks down and were carrying a drink while walking. I think people would feel more safe if that was not allowed. Additionally a worker at Macy’s came up VERY close to my son to share her story about his lego bag. I did not fee the areas outside the stores were distanced enough and too many people were there. Not to mention the improper mask wearing. This is not ok. I won’t be returning

Otaku Anime Shop has a creep for an owner. After finding out he had fired three of his female employees for not hanging out with him or having sex with him, my girlfriend told me he hit on her which is why she never wanted to go back to the store with me. We are both 19 and the owner is 59. Creepy. He also sells questionable items including underage anime characters that are naked and unlicensed anime items. Will no longer shop there and have told several friends to boycot that creeps place.

got singled out by the Segway God for not having my mask on properly as he says. he was extremely rude and while leaving I counted and pointed out 11 people with no mask at all. he said nothing to them. I wont be back and hope nobody else has the same experience with the Segway God wannabe

Your goon on the scooter singled me out for not wearing a mask while at least 5 others near me were not wearing them ,, I was told I have to wear one which I have no problem with that but until it’s a federal law and or on private property he can’t tell me what to do ,, no more empire mall for me

I haven’t been back to this mall since I lived in Miami (2005) and I love how nice it still is! It was nice to browse the stores and enjoy a little memory flashback.

please update your hours of operation. I don't live in town and came to the mall at 10 (when 3 sources says it is open) but was told when I got here it won't open until 11. waste of my time. Unfortunately I have more things to do and cannot hang around another hour. I guess Amazon gets more of my business.

Please do something about Battlefield Mall security. We had a 14 yo boy jumped at the food court doors and never had help from the police or mall security. No longer safe.
