I called the day after leaving when something was incorrect on my bill. The front desk promised to call back shortly (they took my name and number), but failed to call and 5 days later I again initiated contact. On my second call, I was informed the agent who I dealt with at check in and out was a "new hire", and the hotel would not stand by what the front desk agent had told me. 4 stars ⭐ The Q is a little bit more upscale (as reflected in the prices)- Starbucks, Coach, Mac, Toni & Guy, Crepeology, Frost, Charming Charlie's, Lush, Elephant Bar. Sad that the Tollhouse Cookie Factory is no more. Expect to park a little farther away or have trouble finding a parking spot. It's the whole ambiance of the place. Strolling amongst stores, the bright light reflecting from the windows, and the strung lights hanging down against the night sky.
